Your body remembers everything from traumas in childhood to the accident you
had 10 years ago. Notice how a smell can trigger a happy or unhappy feeling?
Unless your body lets go of suppressed guilt, fear, threat, anger, heartache,
resentment, etc. You will eventually develop chronic pain, depression, eating
disorders, phobias etc.
IET helps by applying gentle pressure to specific parts of the body so it
is easier for that emotion to release. Example, memories of anger are located in
the upper back. Shame is located in the shoulder area. This is a very gentle
energy that deals with emotion like Reiki it is very effective.
